Ray Pierce

On April 9, 2010 I was scheduled to depart Kansas City at 3:00 pm. When I went to meet my driver, to take a group of us to the airport, there was Ray. I didn't think that he would remember me considering we only meet once but I was wrong. He greeted me by name this time, which I was a surprised that he remembered my full name. On the drive to the airport he remembered our whole conversation from the other day and now he could point out the buildings and landmarks that I couldn't see on the first trip. Ray is professional, caring, punctual, and joy to be around. Thank you for making my first trip to Kansas City a great one.
